Located within walking distance of the vibrant 5th Avenue and a beautiful beach, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring Playa del Carmen. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious closet and a refreshing overhead shower. The friendly staff ensures that the room is cleaned daily, with complimentary water bottles provided. The hotel also offers bike rentals, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area.
The spotty WiFi and lack of soundproofing between rooms can be a drawback for business travelers seeking a quiet and uninterrupted stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. Despite being located in a slightly sketchy local residential street with no lights after dark, the hotel still managed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our visit. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory. Despite some negative reviews mentioning rooms on the second floor with no amenities at all, our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start each day of our vacation.
Everything was okay.
